Our requirements

• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux & Windows OS
• Hands on experience with Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Jboss...)
• Experience with a scheduling tool (TWS/IWS ideally)
• Readiness for on-call duties
• We appreciate if you also have experience with : Openshift, Splunk, Netbackup, Autosys, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Service Now

Your responsibilities

• Diagnose the nature and origin of operating incidents or problems and implement corrective measure
• Monitor, using monitoring tools in particular, the status of IT resources and intervene preventively if necessary
• Manage P1, P2, P3, and P4 priority incidents escalated to assigned responsibility groups
• Analyze the incident and seek a workaround
• Verify the availability of services and systems
• Participate in the resolution of critical incidents
• Update and track tickets
