Our requirements

• Knowledge of the hydraulic sector and/or fluid conveyance or a related industry is a must,
• Experience in cataloguing parts and/or managing data banks,
• Knowledge of Part Numbering and ERP systems,
• Experience in managing Part Numbering systems and/or creating product catalogues,
• Expertise in data analysis,
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills,
• Reasonable proficiency in English, both spoken and written,
• Highly developed interpersonal skills,
• Good work organization and teamwork skills,

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of global Master Data Management procedures related to the part numbering system within the local branches,
• Identify active Local Part Numbers and match them to existing or new Global Part Numbers, according to priorities and targets set by the Global Master Data Management team,
• Review local processes and act as the single point of contact for the creation of new Local Part Numbers in the local ERP systems,
• Prevent the creation of new Local Part Numbers without matching them to a Global Part Number beforehand,
• Implement Global Part Numbers in the local ERP system,
• Provide general and technical data on existing part numbers, including adding local translations of product titles (if needed), pictures, and drawings to assist with product recognition.
