• experience in IT project management within outsourcing environment,
• experience in leading multinational teams,
• customer and team focus,
• practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks,
• experience in managing large-scale IT projects,
• good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices,
• work experience in a technical role (Software Developer/QA/DevOps),
• flexibility in adapting working method to clients’ limitations,
• self-reliance, independence, ability to make decisions,
• strong sense of ownership,
• focus on making things happen,
• fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.

Optional

• PSM, PMP, SAFe certification.

Your responsibilities

• building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, with deep understanding of clients’ goals and expectations,
• accountable for planning and executing delivery on time, within budget and expected quality,
• tracking delivery progress, identifying and managing risks,
• wearing different hats (Agile/waterfall project manager, scrum master), depending on the needs,
• building and managing successful project teams, including provider-client blended teams,
• ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work,
• taking care of effective communication between team members and clients,
• maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management,
• working from the office or remotely (however, we’d love if you visit us at least once a month).
