• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience in software architecture and team leadership
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based development and architecture
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in software design principles, including design patterns, algorithms, solid principles, and clean code
• Knowledge of architectural patterns and anti-patterns
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban and SAFe are a plus)
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Background in systems integration
• Experience with data-driven applications
• Understanding of software security standards and best practices

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Lead the solution architecture lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, documentation, evaluation, and evolution
• Define and prioritize enabler features in the program backlog and support development teams in breaking them down into actionable user stories
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes and standards
• Participate in assessments of non-functional requirements and architectural decisions
