Our requirements

• 5 -8 years operations delivery management knowledge
• Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Wide technical knowledge on managed workplace (Workstation, Mobile Device Management, M365/ O365, Software packaging, cyber security understanding) and an experience management office
• English and German language is must have

Your responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications - being the Product Owner / SME for Managed workplace
• Experience management office management - being the Product Owner for XMO
• Manage client request and prioritize the team in the daily business
• Handover to delivery skills
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Cost controlling and reporting
• Team Leading
