Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience (internships or traineeships included)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration principles
  • Willingness to work on-site, 5 days a week
  • Knowledge of configuration and usage of MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

  • Technical degree or background

Your responsibilities

  • Providing IT support to end users, resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and hardware
  • Preparing and configuring computers for new users
  • Ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution on-site at the client’s location
  • Diagnosing and resolving second-line support tickets related to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Collaborating with global support teams to resolve more complex incidents
  • Documenting solutions and contributing to the knowledge base
  • Operating within IT service management systems (ticketing tools)
  • Performing tasks in accordance with international IT service standards (ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000)
