Passionate of consumer electronics, active user of ecosystem solutions (at least mobile plus wearable), experience in troubleshooting and problem solving
Knowledge of UX Research: Types, methods
Ability of user behavioral assessment during research projects
Good design sense and visual communication skills
Good command of English (B2 level or above), all work is done in English
Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

Graduate from IT studies/UX Research studies (postgraduate studies, UX courses, second degree UX studies)

Your responsibilities
UX Audit: Conducting Topic-specific UX audits and tests on mobile and wearable devices with new software releases / improved UX solutions
Support User Interviews: Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting user interviews
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize and analyze user behavioral data related to mobile and wearable products, to uncover insights on current designs
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations, including comparison with competitive solutions
