Our requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance for complex enterprise systems, ideally in data-heavy or integration-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and defect management practices
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr for test case management and Jira for backlog and issue tracking
• Ability to design and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests
• Experience testing data pipelines, APIs, and system-to-system integrations
• Familiarity with testing concepts for event-driven architectures and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Experience working in Agile environments, actively contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA life cycle, and test documentation best practices
• Ability to coordinate testing activities across teams and vendors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Optional

• Exposure to test automation tools or scripting (even if not the core responsibility)
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Kafka from a QA/tester's perspective
• Experience in supply chain, planning, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) domains

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA strategy across delivery streams within Integrated Planning
• Lead test planning, design, and execution for complex data flows, system integrations, and user workflows
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for end-to-end supply chain planning scenarios, including forecasting, supply & capacity planning, and replenishment
• Create, manage, and maintain test cases and test cycles using Zephyr (integrated with Jira)
• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
• Drive defect management and triage process, collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to and maintain test documentation, traceability, and QA reporting
• Act as the QA voice in Agile ceremonies, ensuring test readiness is aligned with sprint goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support testing coordination across internal teams and external vendors
• Provide mentoring and QA guidance to other testers in the team
