Our requirements

• master’s, engineer’s or bachelor’s degree;
• at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server administration and scripting (Bash, PowerShell);
• familiarity with aspects of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, SSH, etc.);
• familiarity with the field of software engineering and system integration;
• experience in logging and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus etc.);
• experience in leading teams in troubleshooting, resolving issues;
• knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps (CI/CD) principles and practices;
• knowledge of Cloud Computing;
• communicative English.

Your responsibilities

• providing ongoing operational support for applications and systems;
• infrastructure monitoring of applications and systems;
• solving complex, non-standard problems through proactive troubleshooting;
• identify opportunities to improve overall system performance, availability and reliability;
• removing security gaps in systems and services;
• providing technical leadership;
• openness to new challenges and willingness to learn new technologies.
