You’ll join a cross-functional team that’s all about transforming our digital capabilities.What you will do:Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile developers across both platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver new features.Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness; identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve code organization and automation.Stay current with mobile tech trends to keep our apps modern and competitive.Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in team productivity.Run Scrum ceremonies – daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros, etc.Spot and remove obstacles slowing down the team and promote ongoing improvements through feedback and retrospectives.
