The Business Finance Analyst will support the Finance Lead for Retail Banking and Technology team and will act as the Finance SME for the platform and / or CIO and will be the single point of contact for all financial processes across charges & directs.What you’ll do:Supporting Finance lead Programme managers for driving financial performance management across the Retail Banking and Strategy Tech teamSupport Finance Lead in managing the retail products financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and identify potential financial risk/ issue of the departmentManage & update resource & cost management toolSupport in Financial Planning, Management & Reporting (incl. Budgeting & Forecasts, Co-ordination with central team & stakeholders)Support in analysis of monthly variance for direct cost and governed charges and validate variance explanations to different audiencesSupport in developing the financial (and non-financial) metrics required to support Direct/Indirect chargesSupport in Ad hoc analysis and reporting (MI decks) as requiredPerform regular health checks on data quality of financials.Support the business through creation of MI and provision of insight
