Kogo poszukujemy? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.Fluent in professional English, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and show initiative.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience with AI initiatives and automation tools.Knowledge of additional programming languages
