Kogo poszukujemy? What you need to start the adventure with us: At least 3 years of programming experience (Senior Level: 5+ years). Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript (Senior Level: very good knowledge of both). Experience with JS frameworks (we use Express.js and React). Hands-on experience in integrating AI/GenAI models into applications (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, or other LLM providers). Experience in building AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants. Knowledge of RESTful API design using best practices and design patterns. Understanding of asynchronous programming and experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Redis). Ability to write clean, testable, and scalable code. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies (we work in Scrum, by the way). Strong collaboration skills, working closely with business stakeholders and AI/ML teams. (For Senior Level) Ability to take ownership, driving AI-enhanced services from concept to deployment. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture. Experience working with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for AI model deployment and monitoring. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. DevOps skills, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Ansible.
