The Onboarding and Know Your Customer (OBKYC) Team delivers group-wide onboarding and KYC capabilities by uniting business, operations, and technology teams to build better customer solutions. It supports the Future State Architecture and Digital Acceleration Programme, ensuring consistent change delivery to enhance customer experience, infrastructure resilience, and adoption of innovative tech.What will you do:Understand and improve customer data capture and usage across banking lines, enhancing utility and quality while reducing customer burdenListen to internal users, analyze feedback and usage data to optimize data collection and usageDefine and communicate a clear data strategy aligned with business needsOptimize product costs and deliver commercial and customer value using Total Cost of Ownership insightsManage product backlog, MVP, releases and roadmaps for data servicesTrack success metrics and use insights to enhance product performance and commercial goalsSupport Business-as-Usual activities, governance, data quality, risk, and compliance managementLead stakeholder engagement across Business, Technology, and OperationsContribute to projects related to Decision Systems and act as data expert within OBKYC and Customer Service streams
