Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable data architectures for collection, storage, processing, and analysis. Mentor the data engineering team while building and optimizing ETL pipelines with Airflow, Snowflake, and DBT. Define data partitioning, retention, governance, and security strategies. Translate business needs into technical specifications and document data architecture. Ensure effective collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams. Drive innovation in data practices and system architecture. Manage project timelines and track progress. 

Kogo poszukujemy? Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years in data engineering, including 2+ as a data architect. Strong experience with AWS, data modeling, and large-scale Data Warehouses. Proficiency in Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Apache Spark, and SQL. Experience with third-party APIs, external data sources, and data governance. Ability to optimize system performance and workflows. Strong cross-team collaboration and agile development experience. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with adtech (DSPs, ad servers, etc.). Experience managing large, complex data sets. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and version control. Experience leading development teams.
