Location: Wrocław, hybrid (3 days per week in the office required)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (sales support, administration, research)

  • Confident use of English in daily work (B2/C1)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to conduct research and gather information about potential clients

  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, or willingness to learn

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in an international environment

  • Good understanding of the sales process in the IT industry

Project description:

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our business development team in daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documentation, conducting market research, and providing operational support to help the sales team focus on strategic activities. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment and develop your skills in sales support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update sales documentation

  • Conduct research on potential clients and new business opportunities

  • Provide operational support to the sales team

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes

  • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing materials for clients

  • Support the preparation of offers and presentations
