Title: Data and Insights Analyst

Location: Poznań

We work: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Contract of employment: UoP

Level: Mid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze sales and operational data; conduct performance analysis of OPEX initiatives
• Prepare actionable recommendations for management and senior leadership
• Manage analytical projects and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries
• Build strong relationships with IT and regional teams
• Create and present data-driven analyses (primarily in Excel, with a shift toward Power BI)
• Contribute to reporting, dashboard development, and operational efficiency initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in data analysis and insight-driven projects (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or consulting environments such as Accenture)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential); familiarity with Power BI (to be used in later project phases)
• Knowledge of Python, PySpark, and CSV is a plus but not mandatory
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and present business-relevant insights
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw clear conclusions from data
• Experience in an international environment is a strong asset
• English at C1 level – mandatory
• Proactive, communicative, and capable of working with demanding stakeholders
• Experience working with IT teams is a plus
