We’re looking for a Freelance Content Writer to support our Content Team in scaling high-quality, SEO- and AI-optimized articles for the Survicate blog. If you have experience in content creation for B2B SaaS, a strong understanding of SEO and LLM-driven content trends, and a passion for turning complex topics into clear, valuable content, we’d love to hear from you!

What will you do?

As our Freelance Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for creating long-form, SEO and AI-optimized articles that help drive organic traffic and educate product managers, marketers, and CX professionals. You’ll work closely with our content lead, who will provide you with clear briefs.

The role involves:

• writing high-quality blog posts around customer feedback, customer experience, surveys, and similar topics that perform well in both traditional search engines and AI-driven results (e.g., Google's AI Overviews, LLM answers)

• updating and refreshing existing content to improve accuracy, relevance, and SEO performance

• following our brand voice and editorial guideline

• incorporating SEO best practices and on-page optimization (we’ll guide you!)

The number of articles and updates will be flexible and agreed upon based on editorial priorities.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience writing for B2B SaaS.

• A strong portfolio of blog articles, ideally long-form and SEO-friendly.

• Solid research skills and the ability to turn complex ideas into digestible content.

• Ability to create and optimize articles for both SEO and AI-driven search (LLMs)

• Knowledge of SEO tools.

• Able to meet deadlines and work independently.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of survey, product feedback, or customer experience tools.
