Introduction & Summary

We seek a dedicated Junior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within the banking sector. This role requires proficiency in data analytics and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates will possess a background in tax-related projects and a keen understanding of risk and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will perform various vital duties to support business operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the strategic initiatives of the Denmark branch.
• Delivering high-quality service on time, with a focus on risk and compliance.
• Cooperating and communicating transparently with relevant stakeholders.
• Optimizing banking processes.
• Implementing continuous improvements for operational efficiency.
• Creating accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Requirements

• Experience with tax-related assignments.
• Data analytics skills.
• Strong communication and partnership-building abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• Previous back-office position experience.
• Knowledge about Lean and continuous improvements.
