Customer Service Consultant with German

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, quality, and business standards in line with overall strategic objectives
• Manage customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining the highest standard of service
• Handle inbound calls and emails in accordance with client and contact center guidelines
• Execute assigned daily tasks promptly and effectively
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of customer data in the system
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support to a global customer base
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving user issues
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters through appropriate channels
• Draft clear, accurate, and personalized responses or adapt templates to customer emails
• Investigate and resolve technical or procedural issues using available resources
• Facilitate fair resolution in disputes between users
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Work proactively and independently to meet individual and team performance targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or relevant work experience
• Previous experience in customer service
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B1)
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate; quick to learn new tools and systems
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Empathetic and confident when handling customer interactions
