Key responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to conducting interviews and making job offers to candidates.

• Managing onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day support for colleagues.

• Preparing tailored, client-ready CVs for developers.

• Creating clear, visually appealing materials (e.g. in Google Workspace tools, Canva).

Must-have

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of 2 years in a mid-level role, preferably within the IT sector.

• Proven expertise in HR processes, like managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Experience in allocating specialists to projects — including collaboration with Datumo’s intermediary partners and clients to match developers with suitable assignments, preparing project-specific CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.

• Experience in creation of compelling materials, using popular graphic design tools to produce eye-catching visuals.

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to build strong relationships and address concerns effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with ATS system, particularly Traffit.

• English proficiency at B2-level or higher.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and design tools like Canva for creating visually appealing materials.

• Knowledge of the IT industry and a proven ability to attract and connect with top IT talent.
