You will be a part of the accounting team in Warsaw (5 people), working for Accounts Payable, Business Expenses, supporting the month-end closing.

AFTER YOUR MORNING COFFEE YOU WILL BE:

• Processing purchase invoices

• Processing travel and expense reports

• Processing bank statements

• Archiving documents

• Assisting in the month-end closing

• Assisting in preparations for an annual audit

WE WANT YOU IN OUR TEAM IF YOU:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• Have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Junior Accountant or Accounting Assistant position

• Possess very good knowledge of accounting principles

• Are proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel skills are a must)

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Have strong analytical skills

• Possess good problem-solving abilities

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Are a team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude

• Have English language skills at B2 level or higher

YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU ADDITIONALLY:

• Have knowledge of SAP4Hana and SAP Concur will be an asset
