Fine Spirits — Premium Spirits Retailer (Boutique & Online) based in Warsaw. We specialize in rare wines, aged whiskies, collectible spirits, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help scale our online sales, attract new clients, and elevate our digital campaigns to the next level.

Responsibilities:

● Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

● Manage key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR

● Set up UTM tags and conversion tracking

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

● Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM activities

● Collaborate with the content team, sales department, and product owner for campaign launches

● Allocate advertising budgets effectively and manage ad tools

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within eCommerce or Retail

● Strong knowledge and skills in performance marketing

● Proficiency in both Polish and English at B2 level or higher

● Knowledge of the spirits and wine market is a plus
