Hey!

We are looking for a Junior Quality Specialist to join a project related to a popular social media platform to support our team of Customer Experts.

Work module: Onsite, Poznań

Schedule: Monday - Sunday | 9-17 | occasional evening shifts

Languages: Russian on C1 level as a first language and additionally English on C1 level

Tasks:

• Professional representation of the organization

• Active participation in internal and external calibrations

• Reporting on training progress and results, working with existing quality reports

• Identifying and escalating emerging issues

• Evaluating consultants’ transactions

• Conducting coaching sessions

• Responsibility in processing customers’ data (business and individual customers)

• Ensuring the employees/ trainees process customers’ data in a responsible manner

• Supporting customer service representatives e.g. floor-walking, knowledge transfer if required

• Assist in the development and improvement of business and quality procedures

• Supporting in subject matter knowledge, preparing or reviewing interview templates and scripts

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Russian (C1 level) and English (C1 level)

• Good computer skills and operation of MS Office package

• Positive approach to customers and work itself

• Open and communicative mindset, creativity and empathy

• Ability to work on your own as well as a part of a team

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management and prioritization skills

• Good diction and public speaking skills

• Experience in training/ teaching or similar (nice to have)

• Ability to deal with stress, to respond, solve problems and resolve conflicts, high level of personal culture

• Ability to give feedback
