Job Description

Mission:

Location & commitments:

  • full-time job,

  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street),

  • hybrid model (2 days per week from the office)

  • Hiring manager - Dmytro Chervonyi

Your IMPACT:

  • Proactively participating in the definition of the process, establishing the calendar, objectives and main timelines

  • Leading the process operation with the rest of the community, where communication and coordination are 2 key elements

  • Drive master data management (CC & PCG & FA creation and maintanance, referentials mapping , processing and validation requests) by maintaining current processes, ensure compliance, highlighting process inconsistencies and propose improvement over data process management

  • Addressing and solving the challenges appearing in the process operation, to ensure the process is operated properly in the agreed timelines

  • Monitoring and analyzing process performance: developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the progress of the process

  • Providing training about the process and tools to the rest of the stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • Experience in relevant field: FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit, Accounting.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels.

  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.

  • Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making.

  • Good problem solving, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details.

  • IT skills: advanced knowledge of Excel is must (including Power Query ) ,BI tools knowledge, MS Office, Tableau/ VBA software would be a plus

  • Good English command

  • Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Passion for continuous improvement and change management
