Opis stanowiska

At Finbee, we aim to make micro and small businesses financing simple and accessible. With more than 50 professionals on our team, we focus on helping companies secure fast, responsible and competitive financing.

We are currently looking for a Debt Collection Expert to join our team

What we expect from you::

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people easily.

• At least 2 years of experience managing non-performing loans and tracking delinquent accounts for recovery.

• Confidence in actively contacting customers, listening carefully, and providing effective solutions.

• Ability to coordinate legal proceedings and engage with external partners, ensuring proper case tracking, documentation, and compliance.

• Strong time-management skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to take on new challenges.

• Fast learner with a strong desire to grow and achieve results.

• Fluency in Polish (native or near-native).

• Good English skills for business communication.
