Your responsibilities

  • Dedicated Region: France
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of dispute cases for an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Conduct detailed deduction analysis by identifying root causes and report findings.
  • Create and track dispute cases using the company’s ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Raising Credit Notes.
  • Participating in meeting with customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers (internal and external) and stakeholders.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries related to disputes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with customers throughout the dispute resolution process
  • Cooperating closely with other departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service.

Our requirements

  • Higher Degree - Business, Finance, Systems or Related.
  • Work experience in a similar role - OTC (order-to-cash) experience or related, like Finance, accounting, cash collection.
  • Analytical skills for deductions investigation.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain will be a plus.
  • SAP experience (knowledge of S4Hana system will be a great advantage).
  • Able to work within a defined process.
  • MS Excel.
  • Advanced French, strong English language.
  • Pro-client approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization.
  • Proactive and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Good Time Management / Prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.
