Develop an in-depth understanding of the Polish water market, including key trends, customer needs, competitors, and regulatory developments.
Perform detailed sub-segment analysis and scoring to identify priority opportunities for growth.
Define and propose market strategies to optimise investments and maximise return.
Act as company in-country representative for its Water business ambitions, establishing relationships with key stakeholders such as water designers, associations, utilities, and contractors.
Drive market awareness and promotion of the company water platform through industry events, fairs, and exhibitions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for pipes and other company water solutions.
Develop and manage a strong customer base for plastic pipes and other related products, using various lead sources and direct engagement.
Propose and implement local sales strategies in collaboration with OpCos and the regional commercial teams.
Support local OpCos with customer enquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Employer requirements
Proven experience in sales and business development within the water, infrastructure, or construction materials sector.
Strong knowledge of the Polish water market and established professional network is an advantage.
Technical understanding of water supply systems and pipeline solutions preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong project ownership.
Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally abroad.
