Our requirements

• Who We’re Looking For?
• - Students or recent graduates major in computer, electronics related science and engineering is preferred (no experience needed)
• - Curious learners with a strong desire to grow
• - Reliable team players who are communicative, collaborative, and responsible
• - Communicative: English/Polish required

• In your first 3 months, you will receive a dedicated 1-on-1 mentor and follow a customized training and mentoring plan tailored to your role.

• After completing your training phase, your performance will be evaluated through a detailed work report:
• - If your performance is evaluated as Qualified and your daily contributions are recognized, your hourly rate will be increased.
• - You’ll also be encouraged to participate in on-site learning: accompany our Technical team to events, exhibitions, and client meetings to gain practical industry insights.
• ✅ Path to a Full-Time Role:
• Top-performing interns may receive a full-time job offer starting the following calendar year.
• Note: Offers are extended to high performers who consistently demonstrate growth, responsibility, and contribution. Full-time roles depend on company headcount and policy at the time.
