• Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. 💳
• Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump. 🦸
• Chat or talk with passengers - whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
• Create real connections. We want customers to remember you - the awesome human who helped them out. 😊

Nasze wymagania

• You speak Japanese fluently (C1) and your English on B2 level.
• You are positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. 🌄
• You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently. 😎
• You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. 🤹
• Available to support our clients during night shifts. 🌃
• Availability to start from: 18/08/2025. ✈️
