Your responsibilities

• Analysis and verification of the provided document templates
• Configuration of approved templates in the Document Management System (DMS)
• Support during testing phases
• Implementation of changes and corrections to document templates
• Participation in project meetings
• Communication and collaboration with global process owners on the client side

Our requirements

• Knowledge of HR-related documents
• Excellent proficiency in MS Word
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in data and document management
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Willingness to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Basic knowledge of the Workday tool
• Understanding of the HR document lifecycle
