Your responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end recruitment projects for roles in fintech company, from requirements gathering to candidate selection.
• Collaborating closely with managers to understand recruitment needs and support hiring decisions.
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Continuously optimizing recruitment processes and building scalable recruitment practices.
• Supporting HR initiatives and contributing to employer branding efforts.
• Using recruitment tools to find new talents effectively.

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience running end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in fintech or related industries.
• Proven experience building and implementing recruitment procedures and employer branding initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, and boolean search techniques.
• Good command of English, at least B2/B2+ level, especially in business and recruitment contexts.
• Proactive, agile, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience conducting recruitment on international markets.
