Your responsibilities

• Communicate professionally on behalf of clients with finance departments and individuals - mainly by phone, supported by email - to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Monitor client ledgers proactively, performing credit checks and escalating payment concerns to senior staff when needed.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and produce regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Handle inbound communication efficiently and deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
• Support continuous improvement by assisting in query resolution and contributing to team collaboration.

Our requirements

• Proficient in English at C1 level or higher, with confidence in leading conversations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and task prioritisation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Motivation for personal and professional development.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
