Your responsibilities

• Providing legal support to ensure that conditions for financing the acquisition, development, and/or construction of RES projects within the GPC group ("Conditions") are met.
• Participating in the execution of VAT financings for GPC group portfolios, closely cooperating with VAT lenders and their advisors, and working with the wider structured finance team to ensure VAT financings align with senior project financings.
• Engaging in negotiations with financing institutions, including banks, their representatives, and advisors (particularly legal and technical advisors), regarding project-specific conditions precedent and conditions subsequent to facility agreements.
• Reviewing legal due diligence reports on RES projects from a financing perspective and collaborating with GPC group’s legal advisors to ensure efficient fulfillment of Conditions.
• Maintaining contact with financing institutions and their advisors to ensure compliance with Conditions under all existing financial documentation and managing necessary waivers or amendments where required.
• Providing legal assistance related to financing RES projects and corporate services for Spectris and the GPC group, including legal problem-solving, responding to legal inquiries, participating in internal meetings, drafting legal opinions, reports, summaries, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports as required by financing entities, monitoring the development status of RES projects, creating and maintaining databases, supporting document circulation, organizing data rooms, and archiving documents within Spectris and the GPC group.

Our requirements

• Graduate degree (or final-year law student).
• Problem-solving, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, especially regarding legal and technical challenges.
• Strong communication and engagement skills with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Very good MS Office skills.

• We initially hire Legal Intern on a trial period, and once you integrate with the team, we offer promotion to Junior Lawyer as a next career step.
