Your responsibilities

• Project Manager (Clean Air Technologies Retrofit & Upgrades)
• COMPREHENSIVE ROLE OVERVIEW
• The Project Manager leads retrofit and upgrade projects from planning through delivery, acting as the main point of contact for technical, organizational, and cross-functional tasks. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and compliance with company and safety standards.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all project phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, allocate responsibilities, and foster collaboration.
• Develop and track project plans using MS Project; resolve issues and risks.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation; oversee contract obligations and change management.
• Conduct project reviews and support process improvement.
• Participate in contract negotiations, business development, and stakeholder communications.
• Attend site visits and meet clients as required.

Our requirements

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or technical services projects.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and MS Project.
