Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards
Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports
Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct
Reconciling accounts with the general ledger
Gathering supporting documentation and performing record keeping
Supporting preparation of statutory statements, statutory and internal audits
Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
Our requirements
Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting, or in a related specialization
Accounting certificate / ACCA / CPA candidate
3+ years' experience in general ledger accounting, or similar. SSC environment will be advantage
Understanding accounting standards
Exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge of ERP systems
Experience with data analytics will be an advantage
Collaboration and communication skills
Fluent English and Polish including professional vocabulary /other language will be advantage (German/Italian/French)
