Your responsibilities

  • Assist in recording and managing vendor requests and inquiries.
  • Communicate with vendors via phone and email to address any issues they might have.
  • Support with routing vendor inquiries to the right teams for review and action.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor vendor issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervise all vendor requests and inquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the system.

Our requirements

  • Interest in ​​finance and willingness to contact business clients.
  • English and French proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Current student status (required to be added as attachment when applying).
  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • Part-time availability: 20 hours (4 hours daily).
