Your responsibilities
The Role:
For its renowned client, AMS is looking to bring on board Proactive Sourcer (CL2) who will be responsible for identifying and engaging top passive talent.
As a Proactive Sourcer you will operate across two core sourcing streams:
•Live Requisition Support – sourcing high-quality candidates in response to live roles where inbound channels are insufficient.
•Strategic Talent Community Build – sourcing talent aligned to forecasted hiring needs and predictive demand plans.
You will act as a brand ambassador, deliver personalised, insight-led engagement that builds trust and drives conversion. If you are curious, analytical and like to work in hybrid manual-tech sourcing environment this is a right opportunity for you.
Key Accountabilities:
•Understand client demand plans, workforce trends, and competitor hiring patterns to build forward-looking talent pools.
•Develop persona-led sourcing strategies tailored to talent motivations, behaviours, and career drivers.
•Use sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, niche platforms) to uncover and engage passive candidates.
•Engage with candidates authentically across email, phone, and social channels; represent opportunities with insight and relevance.
•Deliver consultative conversations with candidates to qualify interest, suitability, and alignment.
•Collaborate with Recruiters to convert pipeline talent into active processes and shortlist-ready candidates.
•Present talent with context, including insights on career fit, motivations, and market positioning.
•Create compelling applicant summaries that explain the rationale for putting the candidates forward for a specific live role.
•Track sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine strategies to improve quality and engagement.
•Share hiring insights with Recruiters to shape sourcing direction and influence hiring decisions.
•Re-engage talent pools for future hiring needs; maintain warm communities for repeatable success.
Our requirements
Skills & Experience:
•Full professional proficiency in English & French, both written and spoken.
•A solid background in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
•In-depth understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies.
•Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage them efficiently.
•Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple searches/projects and candidates.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs.
•Result-oriented approach to responsibilities.
•Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches.
