Your responsibilities

• Collaborating with the executive and leadership teams,
• Supporting and challenging teams and strategic initiative owners in identifying new opportunities,
• Analyzing specific opportunities or challenges defined for initiatives:
• Challenging the status quo and seeking ways to achieve better results,
• Identifying roadblocks and necessary actions to ensure maximum value creation,
• Identifying and prioritizing issues requiring further analysis and synthesizing insights,
• Developing recommendations and creating implementation plans,
• Building effective cross-team relationships.

Our requirements

• Experience in consulting, project management, business transformation, and finance,
• Fluency in both English and Polish – spoken and written,
• Ability to integrate cross-functional topics with strong attention to detail,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an out-of-the-box mindset,
• Ability to collaborate effectively with people from various areas, countries, and organizational levels,
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams with diverse tasks across departments and functions,
• Experience in manufacturing companies, especially in the automotive or related industries, is a plus.
