Your responsibilities

• 1. Medical Care & Support
• Provide daily medical care, first aid, and nursing support for students, teachers, and staff.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and AMC regarding care coordination or follow-up treatment.
• Perform routine medical procedures (blood draws, medication administration, monitoring vital signs).
• Observe and respond to students’ health problems (both acute and chronic).
• Provide medical support during sports and physical activities; on-site care in case of injuries or emergencies.
• Maintain and update medical records of students in accordance with school regulations and Polish health law.
• Organize and collect parental consent forms and health declarations.
• Prepare and maintain first aid kits for classrooms, school events, and transport.
• Assist in organizing health education workshops (in cooperation with AMC physicians).
• Report incidents, escalate significant health issues, and recommend improvements to care protocols.
• Maintain regular communication with AMC supervisors regarding operations, risks, and recommendations.
• 2. Extracurricular & Weekend Duties (with additional pay)
• Provide medical support during sporting events, weekend tournaments, and school trips with overnight stays.

Our requirements

• Certified Paramedic license valid in Poland.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency or clinical care (experience with children/adolescents is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
• Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure.
