Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Identify and prospect business opportunities and cross-sell at existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Work closely with the HAYS delivery team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Negotiate B2B contracts and collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in business networking events to strengthen industry presence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, managing negotiations and presentations with key clients.
  • Work with internal teams, including Delivery, Legal and Administration, to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Lead a sales team, track performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and positioning.

Nasze wymagania

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT and/or Engineering sector.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Proven ability to build a long-term relationships with clients.
  • Independence, proactive approach, and strategic thinking.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Results-driven mindset and can do attitude.
