Your responsibilities

• handling clients in international freight forwarding (FTL and groupage),
• acquiring new transport orders and building client relationships,
• working with transport exchange platforms (Trans, TimoCom),
• preparing and managing transport documentation,
• maintaining regular contact with carriers and customers,
• preparing reports and calculating transport costs,
• cooperating with other internal departments,
• ensuring timeliness and high quality of service.

Employer requirements

• communicative knowledge of English and/or German,
• at least 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding,
• minimum secondary education,
• good organizational skills, independence, and attention to detail,
• proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
