Twój zakres obowiązków

• Administer and manage financial workflows related to the Polish market
• Monitor and process incoming financial documents (invoices, purchase orders, approvals)
• Ensure accurate data entry and document flow through finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools)
• Support month-end closing processes and reconciliations
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with Polish financial and tax regulations
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining audit-ready records
• Identify and suggest process improvements for workflow efficiency

Nasze wymagania

• You have previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support or ongoing education in Auditing/Accounting/Finance (at least 2 years).
• You enjoy working with numbers and posses numerical and analytical skills.
• You are a fast learner, open minded, and naturally curious to learn and understand new things.
• You posses good IT skills and used to working with MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Polish accounting or tax processes and financial systems or ERP platforms is a strong plus.
• You are proficient in Polish (written and spoken) and advanced English skills .
• You have a thorough and structured working style and high attention to detail.
