Your responsibilities

• Assessing new actions allocated by AM team to the plant for capability, capacity and resource (using CRA tool)
• Tracking the progress of the NBO through the E2E tool in SFDC by completing owner/status/planned & actual date of completion
• Program management at plant level to provide visibility of NBO pipeline to the management team at plant level ensuring robust project management controls are put in place to monitor actions, eliminate deviations and remove roadblocks
• Partners with Sales team to drive the progress of NBO to completion, including coordinating each required milestone of the E2E process
• Collaborates with R&D team when it comes to execution of NBO’s projects led by R&D (new product industrialization) and takes over from R&D team, depending on product readiness.
• Collaborates with PMOteam with regards to all the topics linked with process compliance, governance and escalations, in case of special projects that are by exemption led by PMO team and takes over from PMO team depending on risk level
• Project manages NBC projects with high priority once commercial agreement is reached
• Additional tasks: provides trainings for the plant team with regard to E2E industrialization process, provides central team (PMO) with proposals of process optimization, takes active part in building the strong network of experts involved in E2E Industrialization processes across the BG

Our requirements

• Good technical knowledge of flexible packaging products / segments
• Good knowledge of plant manufacturing processes, including understanding the process flow, timelines and technologies requirements
• Experience and understanding of NBO processes, including onboarding additional volume, implementing spec changes and transfers
• Experience in collecting all the data from neighboring teams and validating plant capabilities, capacity and resources for the specific NBO coming, would be desirable
• Project management experience, project management qualification is desirable
• Excellent communicator and coordinator, with good networking skills that allow him/her to collaborate effectively across functions and teams on different levels
• Good influencer who can act horizontally in the organization to bring alignment and empower the functions (plant, central functions, central operations) to support NBO delivery
• Project management skills, with ability to manage complexity, establish priorities, deliver on commitments within agreed timelines
• Capability to deal with several projects at the same time
• Ability to summarize the NBO pipeline status
• Able to deal with ambiguity and resilient
• Taking ownership to support NBOs
• Risk management mindset and solution oriented
• Adapt quickly to using new tools (e.i. digital tools)
