About the project

• We are seeking a Regular ABAP Developer to join our SAP Consulting Department. This is a regular-level position, so we expect good self-organization, independence, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Regular Developer should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share knowledge in their technical expertise.

Your responsibilities

• Working as an SAP ABAP Developer in our Consulting Department
• Engaging in projects for SAP system implementation and maintenance in logistics within Poland and the EU
• Collaborating with fellow functional consultants and business users on an ongoing basis
• Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders
• Assisting the team in their daily programming challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches if needed
• Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration
• Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements
• Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming programming obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP development with a focus on ABAP
• Good knowledge of ABAP programming, confirmed by practical project experience
• Familiarity with SAP technical frameworks such as BOPF and PPF (experience with at least one)
• Hands-on experience with backend integration technologies (Proxy, IDoc, RFC, REST, etc.)
• Experience with SAP output management and form technologies (e.g., SmartForms, Adobe Forms)
• Exposure to SAP UI technologies (SAP GUI, WebDynpro, Fiori/UI5) and interface design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 20%)

Optional

• Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or initial experience with applying AI/ML concepts in SAP-related projects
