Your responsibilities

• Own the Proposal Phase:
• Understand the client's business challenge
• Define a high level solution mapping to the problem
• Validate and challenge estimations
• Create (or help create) offer that is both competitive and realistic
• Know when to walk away from a lead that fails
• Monitor Project Delivery and Adapt to Changes:
• Make sure key roles (Engineering Manager, Solution Architect) are involved at the right time
• Always be able to summarize what is being delivered and why
• Make sure the project stays on track from a business perspective - not just a technical perspective
• If the client’s needs change, be prepared to re-structure the contract accordingly
• Always prioritize client success while protecting CodiLime’s interests

Our requirements

• At least 4 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (customer service roles, such as project/product management, consulting, or sales engineering)
• Responsibility as Contract Owner for projects with revenue of at least $1M per year
• Strong understanding of both technical and business drivers in software services
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you know how to work a room, even remotely
• Strategic focus on client success and value generation
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and change direction when necessary
• Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM system

Optional

• Experience in working with the US based clients
• Experience in the IT Networking industry will be an asset
