Your responsibilities

  • As Key Account Manager (KAM) you will oversee and grow strategic customer relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and aligning our offerings with the client’s business objectives.
  • Job responsibilities:
  • • New corporate customers acquisition.
  • • Corporate sales development in Poland.
  • • Reporting sales target achievement in figures.
  • • Weekly monitoring of corporate sales ordering and retails.
  • • Negotiations with corporate customers.
  • • Advising dealers in all matters related to fleet & corporate sales.
  • • Effective cooperation on all levels of SAIC Motor Poland office for planning and executing measures to secure realization of dealer targets as well as other issues regarding dealers.
  • • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
  • • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of products and services.
  • • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive account strategy.
  • • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • • Monitor and resolve client issues with a proactive approach to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • • Conduct regular performance reviews and satisfaction surveys with key clients.
  • • Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and business KPIs.
  • • Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and promotional activities tailored to key accounts.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of account management or sales experience in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel on a frequent basis within Poland.
  • English proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbers.
  • Strong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performance.
  • High level of flexibility and understanding of multicultural work environment.
