Your responsibilities

  • provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies;
  • manage administrative HR tasks including onboarding, employment changes, contract preparation, and terminations;
  • handle employee inquiries via various communication channels and ensure a high standard of service;
  • maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems;
  • cooperate with payroll, recruitment, and training teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment;
  • prepare HR-related documentation (e.g., employment contracts, annexes, certificates, employment confirmations);
  • ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor law requirements;
  • support the continuous improvement of HR processes by sharing ideas and identifying opportunities for simplification or automation.

Employer requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field is preferred;
  • fluent in English (written and spoken), min C1;
  • fluent in Romanian or Serbian (written and spoken), min C1
  • excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach;
  • high attention to detail and accuracy in daily work;
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment;
  • familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is an advantage.
