Your responsibilities

• Develop the business roadmap for payment products and lead the implementation of new payment programs. Select and integrate payment service providers (PSPs, aggregators, banks, fintechs) globally.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery in cooperation with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all stages align with business objectives.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and build/maintain relationships with payment service partners and providers.
• Oversee settlements, transaction costs, and SLA compliance.
• Manage key operational relationships with payment partners and merchants, supporting them in growing volumes and revenues and resolving operational issues.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies and manage the user lifecycle to increase product adoption and improve customer experience.
• Analyze product/program performance and market trends, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and user value.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams.
• Monitor the market and respond to regulatory changes (e.g., MiCA, PSD2, AML).
• Participate in industry conferences.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments space (e.g., PSP, banking, fintech, currency exchange).
• Knowledge of the payment services market and ability to select appropriate partners.
• Experience in contract negotiation and transaction cost analysis.
• Independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of AML, KYC, PSD2, and MiCA regulations.
• English proficiency at C1 level – fluent business English in both speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of or interest in the cryptocurrency industry is an advantage.
