• Group as a Junior Talent Acquisition Intern and help our team recruit exceptional
• candidates.
• We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented current undergraduate student
• to join our team and support us in building an outstanding hiring experience.
• You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment engine running smoothly by
• managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and providing essential
• administrative support to the TA team.
• • Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines to
• enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process
• management.
• • Partnering with the interviewers’ during interview rounds to ensure that
• the sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting process, providing
• an outstanding candidate experience.
• • Establishing relationships with applicants, handling inquiries and being
• a point of contact for candidates in terms of process logistics.
• • Supporting Recruiting Team in relevant projects related to Talent
• Acquisition and Employer Branding.

Our requirements

• University degree in progress or recently completed (Bachelor’s)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English (min. B2) and Polish language skills
• Ideally, some prior professional experience in human resources, recruiting, or administration
